Downstairs double room

Converted Garage room leads off kitchen and straight into the back garden.

We have a young family so will need to find the right person. Our home is not always super quiet but we are very friendly and easy to live with.

We always give complete privacy to our lodgers.

We have a shared downstairs toilet and shower.

Off road parking.

Path from our house leads directly to Nuffield Industrial Estate and we are surrounded by woodland walks.

Close to shops, community centre, pub and bus stop.
We have a cat and dog, so must be ok with them.

Couples are welcome, however this would incur a small sum to the monthly rental amount and I wouldn't say the room would feel very spacious with two people in it but it is doable.

Disclosure check certificate will be needed and given to the landlord (obtained via the Disclosure Scotland website)– the fee for this can be removed from the first month’s rent.

2 x references will be required including current employer or previous landlord/professional.

Right to live in the UK checks are required and official documentation will need to be seen and copied (Birth certificate/Passport etc). This is a legal required check that landlords must obtain.

Deposit is £500 and rent of £600 must be paid to cover each month in advance.
