We are the live-in landlords and share our home with one other lovely, long-term tenant who has been with us for years—and our very friendly Goldendoodle—so you must be a dog lover!
The Room & Facilities:
The room has been newly refurbished and is designed for comfort and storage. It features a double bed with new mattress protector, a wardrobe, two chests of drawers, a bedside table with a light, a desk, and a TV. The room also features double doors leading to a covered outdoor area specifically used for bike storage.
The House:
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. You’ll share a fridge with only one other tenant.
Cleaning: To keep things easy, I handle most of the cleaning for the shared areas.
Connectivity: Fast Wi-Fi and all bills are included in the rent.
The Location: Located on Sterte Road, we are perfectly placed for work and leisure:
Poole Hospital: Only a 10–15 minute walk away using a handy shortcut just a few houses down.
Shopping & Leisure: A large Asda and gym are a 10-minute walk away
Transport: The train station is on the same road, making travel very accessible.
Requirements: We are looking for a professional who works out of the home (no WFH due to insurance purposes). As this is a family home, we require references and a DBS check very beneficial. The deposit is equal to one month's rent.
Parking is available on road and you will need a yearly permit for this.
