The available upstairs room, no.5, with kitchenette area & ensuite shower room is neutral in decor & furnished with; queen size divan bed, inclusive of mattress. 2 drawer bedside table, inclusive of table lamp, 3 drawer chest of draws & double wardrobe. The room is equipped with LCD Smart TV, Superfast wi-fi, Intercom & under work surface fridge.

In addition to the "studio" style room, included in the rent cost per month is acess to a fully equipped communal kitchen, including, free standing freezer, electric oven/hob & laundry facilities with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board & iron.

Shared parking available on a first come, first serve basis on private driveway at rear & front of property & a private bike store is also available. Annual parking permits available from Borough of Poole for on-road parking.

Regular bus routes from Ashley Rd to Poole which is 3 miles away, Westbourne, 1.8 miles away & Bournemouth, 2.9 miles away.

Rent cost per calendar month includes: Room rate, all utility bills including super fast broadband with wireless (wi-fi), use of laundry facilities & cleaning of the communal areas (fortnightly).
