Double furnished room in cosy house for rent

lovely large double room to rent with sleigh bed and Emma memory foam mattress. The room comes furnished. I live here on my own now my daughter has left to live abroad. Looking for someone who is not into partying and late nights as I need my sleep and who is is respectful, tidy, clean and nice company. I have a big garden and a cosy living room with Netflix. Shared bathroom but has seperate toilet and also have an outside toilet( old style council house ) . Kitchen has all essential amenities and dishwasher. Seperate utility area has washing machine. Large fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space for tenants use.

Those times. I have done my party days now and prefer a good dance at a festival in the day now! I am however very sociable so it would be nice to have a communal feel in the house as well. The living room is open for the tenant to enjoy also with or with out me.

Brilliant bus route on the road direct to both Bournemouth and Poole both bus stops few mins walk from
House. 5 min drive to big Sainsbury’s and there are also small Tesco and spar with post office a few mins drive away. 10 mins drive to beach on a good day .
