Double Bedroom in Newly Refurbished Flat

Im looking for new tenant to occupy the second bedroom in my newly refurbished flat in Broadstone, Dorset.

Myself and my twin sister Lauren own the property. She lives in London. I’m a 26 year old professional and a sales manager, I consider myself pretty easy-going and I’m out most of the time working Monday to Friday (the odd Saturday) or playing sports in the evening. The flat is a 2 bed, 2 bath. You would have you own bathroom which is next door to your bedroom. The bedroom comes with fitted storage as well as underbed storage. Parking and street parking is available. Carpets have since been replaced across the house to a dark grey yet (old photos from about 12 months ago).

It’s £650pcm all bills included. Flexible on move date ideally ASAP would be great. Broadstone high street is a stone throw away and the leisure centre is literally just across the road.
