Double room with private access!

Large house with plenty of on-road parking. There is have space in the garage to keep 1 bike.

We are all fairly laid back but like to keep the house tidy. A cleaner comes twice a month but only cleans the shared area.

Room available now.

I can arrange for the room to be furnished or unfurnished.

The house is close to Ashley Road, Tower Park and Poole Hospital. Also near bus routes to Poole and Bournemouth.

Would suit a clean, tidy professional who respects their home and their housemates.
