WiFi included as well as virgin TV in living room. We would like someone who is sociable but also enjoys their own time and space. We have a hot tub which we put up in the summer and welcome the tenant to enjoy bbqs etc with us. We are a friendly couple who enjoy a drink or two on the weekends.
