The room has a view of the back garden, that has a large decking area with raised bedding planters that edge the lawned area.

Virgin Media internet is available and, if needed, access to the tv channels can be sorted out, as the room does not have this or a tv.

The large modern family bathroom is very close by and has a good-sized quadrant shower, a bath, toilet, double basins set into a fitted unit and two towel warmers.

The next lodger will have the use of the shared kitchen that has a gas hob, double and single ovens with grills, a dishwasher and, if needed, an area to eat on the breakfast bar with stools.

Adjoining the kitchen is a utility room, that the next lodger will have access to with their own fridge freezer, stainless washing up sink and drainer, and a shared fairly new washing machine.

There will be access to a large drying rack initially in the utility room, but it is preferred that the next lodger has their own.

The rear garden is of a good size and has a large decking area with a small lawn which the next lodger will have access to.

My husband and I have a cat that is not intentionally allowed upstairs. We are therefore looking for someone who likes cats and can look after our current one. when we stay away (we usually go to visit relatives for a few days every few months, and also for 2 weeks we go abroad, usually in late spring and the autumn).

We are fairly easy going and both retired.
