Modern 3 Bedroom House with double room

Within the next month or so I intend to have a 3 bedroom house in the Hamworthy area of Poole. Within walking distance to the beaches and Quay.

I myself with have the en-suite room, leaving the other two potential housemates to share the main bathroom. I am hoping to have an all female household, but potentially for the right male this could be changed.

The house that I am referring to is not set in stone as of yet, I am just trying to see if there is much interest before I make it official.

The house is set over 3 floors.

Ground floor: Garage AND off road parking for 2 cars, kitchen, dining area, toilet, storage and beautiful garden.

First floor: large double bedroom w/built in wardrobe and living room/lounge

Second floor: Double bedroom w/built in wardrobe, bathroom, storage and my room

Personally, I spend a lot of time away from home, mainly working. This is more apparent when Covid isn't a 'thing' I'm originally from Birmingham, I moved down south a few years ago for work and try to go back to visit whenever I can. I enjoy cooking, walks, beach days, chilling with a glass of wine & a good film, paddleboarding and travelling. I'm clean, tidy, respectful and laid back.
