MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET....can negotiate you staying the occasional weekend, but looking for weektime commuters really :)

A well sized double bedroom, with full modern private bathroom across the hall, able to stay two guests. Directly on Poole Quayfront, this property is ideal for those wishing to experience Poole at its best, with panoramic sea views as you walk out the door. Surrounded by a wide range of sights and eateries within a five minute walk, everything a first time visitor will need is right on the doorstep, however transport links such as the train and bus station are less than a 10 minute walk away.

High speed internet, Sky TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime available to use as and when you need using the television in the shared living area.

Note: Only a handheld shower in the bathroom rather than a full shower unit.

Coffee and tea making facilities, iron, hair dryer and fan are included as standard in the room. Laundry appliances available to use on request. I pride myself on offering a number of high quality toiletries to ensure you feel at home during your stay and can pack light.

This is a 2 bed flat, and I live in the mezzanine area upstairs, and use the living room and kitchen at my leisure. I have a quiet house cat who will not disturb you during your stay, she lives upstairs with me.

I can offer as much, or as little interaction as you need. I'm a quiet working professional who is in bed before 10pm, so will not cause any problems if you prefer to keep to yourself!
If you have any questions, I'll respond fast on here. I'm happy to negotiate on monthly price if the room is slightly outside your budget. £50 extra rent per month for couples to account for bills.

🔸Quiet hours after 11pm and before 6am, no re-entry into the property after midnight, no exceptions. This is because I live in a complex with other tenants so unfortunately it’s non-negotiable.

🔸Dishes and kitchenware are provided, but I request they are washed, or put in the dishwasher afterwards.

🔸Washer and dryer are free use, but doing your laundry is your responsibility. Please ask if you require laundry products 🙂
