Single Room V Central Poole - Sky, Wash, Sep Dryer

I have a single room available. Fully furnished. **ALL NEW FURNITURE and CURTAINS!** Wireless internet access throughout house. All Sky Channels available in lounge, including Sky Movies. Freeview box available in room. We have one other house-mate already. We have a 50 inch TV in the lounge with Sonos Sound system throughout the house, with 3 seater sofa & comfy leather recliner and foot stall! We have an old-fashioned coal fire for cold evenings... Our house is cosy... We have a Miele dishwasher in the kitchen and one fridge freezer in the kitchen, with an additional fridge. We have a separate Utility Room which has a Bosch washing machine and separate tumble dryer... It also has a further 2 freezers. It also houses a further WC & wash basin & 1 pushbike. Upstairs (1st floor) we have a bathroom which has a large bath with a shower attachment, as well as a separate shower cubicle, as well as usual toilet & wash basin. The room available is the front (street-facing) room (1st floor). We are a non-smoking household and we have 3 adorable cats and I have 2 daughters who visit every other weekend and Wed and Thursday nights... We have a small garden with 2 sheds built-in; washing line, & outdoor garden furniture... I work in Poole Grammar School in support staff. DEPOSIT: one month (£400) when you move in. Preferably payment of rent monthly at £400, but weekly accepted. NOTICE period: one month. REFERENCES may be required. Must be working person.
