Description

The Thyme room is a beautiful, large double room in a uniquely friendly house. Over the years we have had many lasting friendships made, it is also a great way to start if you are moving to the area with a new job.

It is situated in a well appointed victorian house for professionals,. The house is in a very popular area of Heckford Park, close to poole town centre. The house itself has a large amount of communal space with a kitchen, a dining room and a separate lounge to relax in.

The housemates are friendly young professionals who enjoy a glass of wine every now and then but understand the need to get up for work in the morning and are respectful of peoples sleep.

Its location is 7 minutes walk from the train station and town centre.

Ideally located for working at the hospital 4 mins away. Parking available.

All bills including water, gas electric, council tax, super quick virgin fibre optic broadband included in rent. A cleaner is included for all communal areas including bathrooms and kitchen .

There is a courtyard garden for BBQ's this summer. A Comfortable communal lounge and dining area. There is also two bathrooms so there is always a bathroom free! High speed virgin fibre optic broadband fitted with WiFi throughout the house.

The separate Large living room has a Sony Flatscreen TV. There are TV points in each room.

The Kitchen has two fridges leading onto the garden. Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Tumble dryer for those colder days, and fast spin washing machine.
