The flat has a shared kitchen, lounge and balcony which gets the sun most of the day and fantastic views to have your morning cup of tea or a sundowner. I have a garage which I can provide access to if needed to store a bike, motorbike.

Looking for a tidy, easy-going flatmate who is equally happy to be social or keep to themselves. I'm often out before and after work to go for a swim or SUP.

There is no parking on site. Easy walking distance to the train station, hospital and Poole Town Centre. All bills included.
