Sorry but strictly no pets and smoking only outside or in rear garden shelter/summer house. Please no smoking in the house.

The landlord does own a rather boisterous large dog (5yr old 50kg American XL Bully) so you’d need to be comfortable with that.

The house is a Victorian mid-terraced and is just 10 minutes walk to Branksome mainline train station with direct routes between Weymouth and London Waterloo.

5 minutes walk takes you to Ashley Road with its many shops and regular bus services to Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and beyond.

A 45 minute walk through the nearby chine gets you to the stunning beach with its 7 miles of golden sands.

Bournemouth University's Talbot Campus is just 2 miles/15 minute cycle ride away. The Lansdowne Campus is 3 miles/20 minute cycle ride away. Both Campus locations can be reached easily by local bus services.
