Photo's show single beds in some of the rooms. There are now double beds in all rooms though the option is there is revert to single if extra space is preferred.

One student from the current year is keen to stay next year so if a group of 5 is interested and happy to keep on the current student, then great. Otherwise, if a group of 6 want it, the student is happy to move out.

Individual room prices are a guide as it's up to the group how they decide to split the rent between them. However, if the rooms are let individually then the advertised prices will apply.
