Hello! My name is Harry, and I'm looking to rent out my large and fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath flat. The priority for me is to get courteous and clean tenants, so please tell me a bit about yourself when you enquire!

The flat is a 5 min walk to Poole Quay and Hamworthy beach which is great for someone who likes being by the sea, but not far from the action!

Both rooms have large wardrobes, double or king-size beds which both have storage. The main bathroom has a bath and plenty of space for washing and the ensuite is also spacious. There is also a small utility room which is great for additional storage. There is one permanent parking space, permitted visitor parking, and the smaller room also has the option to rent a space if you need. There is secure bike storage on the ground floor too.

I am open to renting the flat as one (with the combined price) or renting with the existing single housemate. Please enquire if you have any questions.
