Poole Centre, room in lovely house share!

This happy, central Poole house share has a room available; a double for one person. It's a good size room at the front of the house, first floor.

The pretty Victorian house has a kitchen with conservatory diner attached, a separate living room with TV [freeview, dvd, broadband] and comfy sofas. three bathrooms and a separate utility room with free washer and dryer. Storage wise there's a large garden shed for bikes and other kit. There's a bbq and some nice garden furniture. It's a clean, nicely decorated house. Communal areas are cleaned weekly, and bath mats and communal towels laundered.

The house is a short walk from Poole Station, the RNLI, Hospital, Quay, Lighthouse and so on. There is parking on the street; permits are just £51 a year.

This is a friendly, clean, well-run house share. It will appeal to you if you're a professional person who wants a good space of your own, but with like-minded people to share time with when you want it. You must be over 21 with good references. I'm sorry, but although the room is double sized, IT IS NOT LICENSED FOR A COUPLE.
