Looking for 1 new housemate to move in at the end of August.
It’s a lovely, modern 3 bedroom house, next to Parkstone high street and close to Ashley Cross. The double bedroom for rent is spacious, with windows providing plenty of natural sunlight, this comes unfurnished.
We have a big driveway and very spacious rooms. One shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge, garden and garage.
Currently 2 female occupants, lovely and welcoming. Looking for 1 more friendly and considerate housemate, as the current third housemate is moving out soon. Must be in full-time work, we’re unable to accept students unfortunately.
All bills are included within the price (rent, council tax, electricity, wifi, and water bill). This price will naturally cost a little more in winter due to gas/heating.
