There’s a bus stop right outside that goes to Poole town and bus station, and the house has easy access to shops and local pub (10 min walk), as well as the dual carriageway to get into Poole, Bournemouth and Dorchester.
Across the road from Upton Heath and 10min walk from Upton Country Park.
I (59yo widower) live in the house with my 24yo son. Suits someone quiet who is looking to live in a welcoming family home.
