Double room for rent in lovely 3 bed House located in Oakdale/Canford Heath area.

Close to bus stops easy access to Poole and Bournemouth. Bus to Bournemouth 30 mins. Bus to Poole 15 mins. 10/15 mins from sandbanks beach by car.

Located in a quiet cul-de sac with plenty of parking.

I have recently refurbished everything, including new decor, carpets/ flooring and garden makeover! I have no pets.

I am looking for a mature, trustworthy and reliable professional who is respectful, easy to live with and clean.

I am very clean and tidy and would like to live with someone who is the same 😀
I work Monday to Friday with a couple of days working from home. For this reason it would suit someone who does not work from home as I spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with clients. I spend my weekends out on the water and down the beach or visiting my girlfriend who lives up North. She also visits at weekends and we split our weekends between each others houses.

Good sized double bedroom. Partly furnished. Can remove furniture if you wish. King size bed, new mattress and topper, TV, chest of drawers.

Plenty of communal parking directly outside house.

I enjoy cooking and watching a film of an evening. Happy to share a meal but also like my own space. Usually up and out early to the gym in the mornings so usually off to bed early.

Rent is £700 PCM

All bills included, including fast WIFI.

My current lodger has been with me for a year, and we’ve become good friends. She’s moving out to live with her partner, and she would be happy to chat with you if you’d like. I would prefer to rent to another female as it has worked well in the past.
