Double Room to rent for a single working person

I’m looking for clean, quiet and respectful person to let my spare room in an owned house in Upton, Poole from June.

I have two lovely cats, Leo and Loko with whom share our home.

The room is a double and rent includes bills. There is a fitted wardrobe and double bed in the room. I have a south facing, sunny little garden, room in the garage for bikes and a little gym space.

My house is a 5 minute walk from Upton Country park and a 20 minute brisk walk from Hamworthy train station. Access to plenty of bus routes and we have on road parking.

I work as a plasterer so I’m out of the house 5 days a week working.

I’m looking for someone who is quiet, clean and tidy.
