Large double room in Ashley Cross

My flat mate of one year is sadly moving out which leaves this large double room vacant. You’ll have free roam of the 710 square foot new build apartment except for the master bedroom. Your room has access to the balcony which has a beautiful balcony bar, great on Fridays this time of year before heading out! All bills are included, eg parking permits, Netflix, prime, council tax, all household bills too. I’m looking to build an en-suite into my own bedroom which means the family bathroom will be your own thereafter. There are four other flats and we’re all really friendly together. You’d be parked and on the beach at sandbanks in under 10 minutes and you can walk into Ashley Cross in 5. We also have an EV charger you may use.

We cook fresh at home, it would be good to take it in turns to cook and help each other out a bit. We’re clean and tidy, friendly, social, helpful and have always been good friends with our lodgers
