I have a furnished double bedroom plus an additional room for an office/snug/spare room for a female housemate.

This three bed house in Creekmoor, Poole is located a 5 minute drive from Poole town centre, with regular buses and easy access to Bournemouth and beaches!

Fully refurbished property at the start of this year with new carpets, kitchen and bathroom.

The house has a fully stocked large kitchen/dining room, a large furnished lounge with patio doors leading out into the garden, one bathroom with a lovely powerful shower over the bath and a private parking space on the driveway.

The rent including all bills are £850 per month.

Sharing with one other female - 35 years old, I enjoy being sociable as well as having my own space, being outdoors, gym, swimming in the sea, travel, yoga and chilling in the evening with Netflix or out somewhere with a G&T.

Council Tax Band C, reference will be need. It is for a 6 month minimum let and the deposit can be paid in instalments.

Very fast wifi though no pets are allowed, as much as I love them!
