Must be quiet and respectful as I do value my own private space. Must also like dogs as I have 3 but they are very well behaved.
Fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave will be provided upstairs. Comes furnished with a Kingsize Bed. You will have use of kitchen facilities if needed to cook dinner preferably early evening. Pool table will remain in room.
