I have a nice size double room to rent in my flat in Branksome 3 min walk to Westbourne.
The flat is a good size and has a nice little balcony.
The flat is close to the LV roundabout so only a few minutes walk to Westbourne and 7 or 8 minutes walk to Branksome train station.
The room is not en suite but the bathroom is right next to the room and the flat has 2 so you can use this as your own.
The flat is on the 4th floor with lift access and in a quiet block with families and older tenants so I'm looking for a quiet respectful person.
I am a 41 electrician and I like going to gym and playing sports like badminton and tennis, and I also like playing chess. I work Mon to Fri.
