Double Room + Sofa + Toilet & Basin

My Dad (I'm his daughter, getting this online for him!) is looking for a professional person to move into a spare room in the house. He, and 2 other professionals live in the house. All work so the house is a a quiet but friendly space.
A comfortable double room in the centre of Poole as you head into the Old Town.
The room comes equipped with a comfy bed, sofa/lounge corner and ensuie toilet with basin. There is a small hallway as you enter the room that is set up as a wardrobe space so there is plenty of space!
There is a communal kitchen that is fully equipped if you like to cook. And also a washing machine for laundry.
The shared bathroom is upstairs with a shower, toilet and basin. Cleaned regularly.
Heading out the house, there are restaurants on every corner, bus routes a couple of minutes away and a multi-storey car park if you do drive. The quay is only a 5 minute walk through the old town high street. It's a wonderful location.
The house has been on the market for a long time but we want you to be aware it is up for sale. Good notice will be given if the house does sell.
