The large ‘studio style’ room offers recently decorated accommodation and comes with built-in wardrobe storage and bedroom furniture comprising double bed with mattress, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.

The room also includes its own sink, worktop and storage units and has the added luxury of an en-suite which provides a personal shower, basin and toilet.

There is a large communal modern fitted kitchen which provides cooking facilities and shared cupboard space and fridge/freezer storage. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available (metered). Free WiFi is included.

There is a small communal garden at the rear of the property with lockable bicycle storage. The driveway at the front is usually kept clear for easy access to the bins, where roadside parking is available.

Single occupancy rent: £725 per month to be paid upfront so to cover the month ahead
Deposit required: £725 to be paid prior to the moving in date

Joint occupancy rent: £900 per month to be paid upfront so to cover the month ahead
Deposit required: £900 to be paid prior to the moving in date

For clarification, the very first payment due prior to moving in will be the deposit of £725 for a single person or £900 for a couple plus the first month’s rent of £725 for a single person or £900 for a couple and then rent payments will be due on the same date every month thereafter.

The only additional charge is for personal electric usage in your own room which will be metered and is usually a minimal amount. All other bills are included, as well as heating and free WiFi.

The property is ideally located, just off Ashley Road and is quite central to the array of local shops and restaurants which are conveniently close by.
