Double bedroom / Professional Co-living

I am looking to share my apartment with a single female professional or a student. The room is fully furnished and the flat includes one bathroom to share, kitchen and living room. It also features a small patio and a parking bay. Available from end January ideally 1st February. Ideally someone who wants to stay short term only maximum of six month ideally to a maximum a year. I am also open to 1-2-3 month stays. The apartment is fully furnished including kitchen.
