Nice furnished room with internet, tv and no bills to pay and kitchen area with convection microwave, fridge, freezer, double ninja airfryer, toaster and kettle.
Access via side gated area with lovely rear garden with large decking area.
Looking for a quiet and respectful person to become a lodger in a household of a father and his 5 children aged from 14 to 25 and other lodgers.
lodgers are separated from house with own private area so very private room space, have to view to understand set up.
we have 2 friendly dogs that are separated form the room area so no more pets needed.
Room is outside in a undercover area next to other rooms where other lodgers live and 2 rooms share a large shower room and another toilet & hand basin room.
Looking for the right person, someone respectful, private, working and honest so will not be rushed into a decision.
