Double bedroom in a shared terrace house

I’m hoping rent from the start of August! As I’m going travelling for 3 months and then moving to London at the start of 2025, so my room is coming available. The house is fully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped, we have space to park two small/medium cars at the back, and permits can be bought for the road. My two current housemates are both girls, a graphic designer and a vet. Sara the vet also has an Australian shepherd called Sogno (son-yo). There’s a living room with a woodburning stove, an open plan kitchen/dining room, and a conservatory and downstairs utility room with a WC, washing machine and tumble dryer which opens out onto the little back garden. I don’t have a super current photo of my room, as there is some new furniture, but I can get some for anyone who is interested - I’m just away for a couple of days at the moment.
