Living room is just for me and the dog so you can use kitchen / conservatory. Recently renovated garden! Smoking ok outside. Would prefer professionals who are out the house more than in. Fibre broadband. Independent people. Students and short terms lets are also fine. I will need a deposit which is protected in the tenancy deposit scheme, references and a signed tenancy agreement. Quite household in a peaceful area.
