New Housemate Wanted !

I am looking for a new housemate to join me, my current housemate Max, and my dog in this house!

The room is available from the 31 january 2026

The Room is at £675, kind size bed and big wardrobe space.

This is a 3-bedroom house, with a kitchen and living room (TV)/dining room. All the bedrooms have lots of storage (including large wardrobes). There is an upstairs toilet & bath/shower. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. There is a closed garage and a garden/BBQ. The house is semi detached.

Little bit about myself: I am French, and I am working as a trainee solicitor in a firm close by. I have a White Shepherd that will be living with us. Her name is Cuenca, she is very well behaved (not allowed upstairs or on the sofa). Loving the dog is a requirement! I live a very active lifestyle and take part in various clubs, including Crossfit, tennis, sailing, running and I enjoy hiking on the weekend, partying … chilling, ect.

I am looking for someone I will get on with, that also has an active lifestyle, professionals only and over 25. The house is very clean and the new joiner must be naturally tidy.... Ultimately looking for someone who will be part of the house, not someone who just rents a room, who will be a real friend.
