All utility and maintenance bills included - this includes council tax (Band D).

The bedroom is furnished (but can be unfurnished) with many built-in wardrobes and cupboards, private access to the balcony (that overlooks the outdoor pool) and has a private bathroom with a bath and access to a shower.

There is one other tenant, who is a very friendly 28-year-old female working professional.

There is parking available on-site and some storage space in the private garage.
