A very large, spacious double bedroom in a 3rd floor flat in Branksome Park. The centre of Westbourne is only a 7 minute walk away (where there are many bus links) and the beach is 15 minutes in the other direction.

The bedroom is furnished with many built-in wardrobes and cupboards, private access to the balcony (that overlooks the outdoor pool) and has a private bathroom with a bath and access to a shower.

There is one other tenant, who is a very friendly 28-year-old female working professional.

There is parking available on-site and some storage space in the private garage.

All utility and maintenance bills included, apart from a share of the council tax (band D).
