We are happy to let this room either with or without furniture.
If taking the furnished option, we will add a new bed, to the existing wardrobes & chest of drawers.

The new tenant will need to be willing to help with keeping the communal parts of the house clean.

The property is registered with the council as a House of Multi Occupancy and meets all current regulations.
Prospective tenants are required to show original documents that prove their right to rent, such as passport or birth certificate and driving licence etc
