Hello!
I have a beautiful double room available in my house in Ashley Cross; just a five minute walk from Parkstone train station (with direct services to London) and just around the corner from fantastic pubs and restaurants and the lovely Poole Park. Sandbanks beach is a 7 minute drive away.
The house will be shared with me but I am away most weekends and work in London on a weekly basis so you will regularly have the whole house to yourself!
The house has been completely refurbished and has three floors including an office on the top floor which you are welcome to use when I am not there.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a stunning bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. There is additional storage available if needed.
However, I can be flexible if you would like to bring your own bedroom furniture.
The house is equipped with everything you could wish for including a large kitchen with all the mod cons (dishwasher, washer dryer, large double range cooker, microwave, juicer, blender etc) dining area, lounge and private sunny garden.
All bills including high speed internet are included.
I am looking for someone who is friendly, kind and easy going, who takes pride in their home and is super clean and tidy :)
