Double Room in newly renovated house by Baiter

Looking for someone (sorry no couples) to rent out my warm and bright second bedroom to. There's a built in wardrobe and airing cupboard for you to use along with a set of drawers either side of the bed. Bed frame which has drawers within it and mattress are included.

Available from the 1st January but could possibly do sooner if needed, happy to discuss this.

I bought the house recently and have renovated everything from floors, kitchen and bathroom. Location is unbeatable, being a 30 second walk to baiter and a 15 minute walk to Poole bus and train station. Garden will be getting a little bit of work done to it throughout the winter.

£700 includes all bills other than a TV license as I don't feel the need for one. . I would just ask you contribute to things such as cleaning products, toilet roll etc. The Kitchen is fully equipped including a boiling water tap, dishwasher and washing machine.

I'm looking for someone fun, easy going and tidy. Although it is my house, I would like someone who will do their share of cleaning and tidying. Please don't message if you work from home at all as there just isn't the space, especially as I have my days off in the week.

A little bit about me.. I work weekends and tend to have Thursdays & Fridays off. I have quite a busy social life so am often out in an evening. As social as I am, I also love a chilled night in watching Netflix on TV. I'm a keen skier, newbie runner, always have a holiday booked and love a roast on a Sunday.
