I have a bright, sunny double room available from 1st Feb., walking distance from the hospital, rail and coach links. The doubke room is on the ground floor, and the tenant has sole use of the ground floor bathroom. The live-in landlord has an ensuite.

The room has a clean and comfy double bed, a chair, TV, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet, a chest of drawers and a small fridge, and kettle.

The kitchen and bathroom are both as new. The kitchen now equipped with a double Airfryer, rather than the microwave. The bathroom has a full size bath, and shower over with a combination boiler, providing instant hot water. The house is centrally heated and good broadband.

Also storage in the garden shed for a bike.

The room is being freshly decorated in January.

Upstairs the lodger has access to a second study/lounge fitted with a sofabed, wall mounted TV and desk/office chair, so it is ideal for anyone hybrid working. This room can also be used as a lounge.

I have off road parking for one car for the lidger's use, and an adorable chocolate English Show Cicker Spaniel, so the new lodger must be a dog-lover!

The room is available either Mon to Fti (at £600 pm) or Mon to Sun for £700.
