Double Room Available – Friendly House Share in Canford Heath

I’ve got a lovely double room available in a quiet road in Canford Heath.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, triple wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, bedside table, shelves, a large mirror, and even a TV with Netflix – so you’re all set from day one.

The house has loads of shared space: two lounges with Sky TV (one opens straight out to the garden with bi-fold doors, the other has a dining area), a big kitchen where you’ll have your own fridge and cupboards, plus a large freezer shared with just one other. There’s also a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, an office space with a desk you’re welcome to use, and a handy downstairs loo.

The bathroom will only be shared with one other tenant (a 25-year-old lady), so no big queues in
the mornings!

Outside, we’ve got a tidy garden with a shed, bar area, darts board, and a hot tub under an awning
so it can be enjoyed all year round.

Location
The house is in a great spot too – only a 10-minute walk to Tower Park with restaurants, bowling, cinema and plenty of shops. You’ll also find 3 gyms, 4 supermarkets, a couple of pubs, the doctor’s surgery and the library all close by.

I’m looking for a tidy, considerate, full-time working professional to join our home. Non-smokers preferred (vaping is fine). Ideally a female tenant to keep the balance in the house, but males are welcome to enquire too – just want the right fit.
