We are two 31 year old working professional females looking for a female housemate. Our property is located on the beachfront of Hamworthy park. We love our wild swimming and paddleboarding. Occasionally we do look after a small dog. Ideal for anybody who loves nature and is laid back. It is not a party house, we enjoy a lot of time outside and bbqs. The bathroom will be shared with myself only. Shared living room and kitchen between the 3 of us. The spare room currently has a single bed, but can fit a small double. Would need to bring own drawers or wardrobe.
