The bedroom is on rear first floor and the house looking over the garden and the woods. It is set in a quiet area of Canford Heath with ample parking on the road.

Bathroom complete with bath and shower.
Kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge & freezer and dish washer. You'll have access to your own cupboards for your own food shopping and a space in fridge and freezer.
Laundry room with washing machine.
Lounge with TV, dining area.
Separate downstairs toilet
Access to a garden.
Verity Park is just a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop approximately 5 minutes’ walk that leaves for Poole bus station frequently. We are a 10 minute’s walk to Tower park.
