This bright, clean double room in my modern two-bedroom home in Parkstone, Poole, is in a great location, & close by to Bournemouth University & the train station. I’m looking for a tidy, considerate female who ideally works or is outside the home during the day.

This would suit someone who is kind/honest and values a peaceful, respectful living environment and is looking for a calm, comfortable place to come home to. I live in the property myself and keep things relaxed & clean

The room is fully furnished with a double bed & small wardrobe.. You’ll have your own bathroom, and there is a shared living space. Rent includes all bills (Wi-Fi, utilities, council tax)
