Room for rent in chill modern house

I’m about to start working away in the week in Plymouth and I’m looking to find a flatmate to move into a large king size en-suite.
The house will be yours in the week.
I’m going to be back on the weekends and I will have my daughter over the weekends - she’s 4 years old and a bundle of joy.
Ideally looking for someone Monday- Friday only but will consider full time if the person is right.
I have a van and spend most of time training, going on adventures, watersports or just chilling out.
Price and deposit can be discussed and agreed depending on circumstances.
