Large furnished bedroom with super king bed and own bathroom available in three bed house in old town Poole close to the Quay and next to the Guildhall in quiet location. The accommodation is self contained (to the extent it is all on the top floor of the property). The room has a juliet balcony.

No other lodgers, but live in professional landlord who is away most weekends. All bills included. Looking for fellow single professional. Must be clean, tidy and not noisy. Use of kitchen plus some use of living room when landlord is away.

Walking distance to train and bus station. Parking arrangement possible. Broadband wifi.
