Description
Single room in a three-bed house share, with live in landlord. Looking for a third.
The room is a single (3mx3m) with all new furniture and mattress. The furniture has been chosen to make the best use of this space making it feel more spacious.
With a decent size, sturdy, single wardrobe, 6 medium sized drawers, a large underbed drawer, and space both under the bed and at the bottom of the wardrobe for storage.
Feel free to add other items such as shelves, or hang a TV. There is some space behind the door for a specialist fold down desk and fold away chair, as an idea, if needed.
The house is 3 bedrooms, with a shared bathroom, living-room, dining-room, kitchen; mostly all recently decorated as I moved in October 2024. There is free parking on the road outside the house.
The house is located in Parkstone, 5 mins walk from Herbert Avenue end. Tesco's is the nearest small shop, but there is also a nearby co-op, with Parkstone highstreet being the nearest high street.
Bus stops to Poole/Bournemouth 5 mins walk near Tesco's on Herbert Avenue. The nearest train station is Branksone; a 5 minutes car ride away or 25 minutes walk
All utility bills are included, including TV license, internet, and Council Tax (Band C).

The Kitchen has an oven, oven/grill, washing-machine, and microwave. Note there is no dishwasher or tumble-dryer. There are clothes-horses and a dehumidifier for the dining room to dry clothes in the winter.
The bathroom has a deep bath, and a fixed overhead shower; the shower is fed from the taps so it is low-pressure but decent.
Each bedroom has new bedroom furniture and mattresses, and there are duvets, pillows, linen, and towels if you need them. There is some loft space if you need to store some items.

I would love to consider your pets, but I would need to be assured you'd keep on top of cleaning up after them and put in the extra effort needed to keep the communal spaces hygienic, free from smells, odours, and excessive hair. Pets would not be allowed in the bedrooms due to the new furniture in them, but if you think your pet wouldn't damage furniture then let's discuss. This would likely incur an increased deposit.
