With a decent size, sturdy, single wardrobe, 6 medium sized drawers, a large underbed drawer, and space both under the bed and at the bottom of the wardrobe for storage.
Feel free to add other items such as shelves, or hang a TV. There is some space behind the door for a specialist fold down desk and fold away chair, as an idea, if needed.
The house is located in Parkstone, 5 mins walk from Herbert Avenue end. Tesco's is the nearest small shop, but there is also a nearby co-op, with Parkstone highstreet being the nearest high street.
Bus stops to Poole/Bournemouth 5 mins walk near Tesco's on Herbert Avenue. The nearest train station is Branksone; a 5 minutes car ride away or 25 minutes walk

The Kitchen has an oven, oven/grill, washing-machine, and microwave.
Note there is no dishwasher or tumble-dryer; there is a extendable washing line in the dining room going from wall to wall, and a dehumidifier for drying clothes in the colder months.
The bathroom has a deep bath, with a fixed overhead shower; the shower is fed from the taps so it is low-pressure but decent.
There is some loft space if you need to store a few items.

I would love to consider your pets, but I would need to be assured you'd keep on top of cleaning up after them and put in the extra effort needed to keep the communal spaces hygienic, free from smells, odours, and excessive hair.
If you would like your dog to access your bedroom and/or sleep on/in your bed then an additional deposit for the mattress would be required. In this scenario, if you wanted one of my duvets/covers then you would need to buy them from me or bring your own.
