Beautiful room in 3 bed house in Whitecliff

Beautiful single room in Whitecliff with wardrobe, privacy blinds, chest of drawers and use of shared bathroom with shower. Very close to shops and amenities of Ashley Cross, coffee shops, post office corner shop, butchers, beautician, pubs, restaurants, Parkstone station and marina, Lilliput village, Poole, Whitecliff park. Open plan living downstairs with sunny patio garden, parking on driveway, quiet neighbours, tax band D, looking for professional female, I work as a tutor/TA, my daughters are at secondary school and college and they live here and with their dad. We have a lovely cuddly cat who goes outside most of the day and is has regular flea and worming treatment, sleeps in locked room downstairs at night. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy and ok to remove shoes at the door. House is modern, warm and neutral and has new kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, hot tap. We go to bed by 9.30/10pm most nights. Not looking for someone who works night shifts/ likes to party and get back late.
