Double room in cosy 2-bed flat in Poole

Hi, I’m Abby, and I’m looking for someone to replace my flatmate who’s moving out in January.

It’s a 2 bed, second floor flat in a modern development in lower Hamworthy, a 5 minute walk from both Poole Quay and Hamworthy beach.

Your bedroom comes with a double bed, desk and a spacious wardrobe.

The flat has two toilets, one is an en-suite shower room off of my bedroom, and there is also a spacious main bathroom which has a bath with a shower. I only use my en-suite so the main bathroom would be yours.

The kitchen/living area is modern and open plan, fully furnished, and I have a TV which is in the living room to share. The sofa is also a double sofa bed which is great for having guests to stay.

The flat is well connected, only a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a 20 minute walk to Poole train station. There is a Tesco express just a 5 minute walk away and bigger supermarkets ASDA/Sainsburys/Aldi 15-20 min walk away.

The flat has two parking spaces, one residents space and a guest pass to park in the guest spaces around the development. There is also secure bike storage.

About me: I’m a 23 year old software developer, working nearby in Poole. I moved to Poole in January for my grad job and have loved living in this flat ever since. I love cooking and baking and socialising with friends.

I am looking for a clean and sociable flatmate, ideally a woman but I am flexible on this! I love hosting my friends for games/movie nights so would love someone who would be looking to make new friends in Poole :)
