I currently rent a two bedroom ground floor flat opposite Alexandra Park in Parkstone.
Due to a change in tenancy, I am now looking for a responsible, employed person to share the flat with. The flat is very spacious, you would have your own double bedroom which is furnished with a double bed (bedding included if required), double wardrobe and chest of drawer.
£885 per calendar month, inclusive of all utilities and council tax.
You will have shared access to the whole flat but your own private room; also included is a separate small fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, air fryer, microwave, gas oven and hob.
You will need to pay for references via an agency and meet the landlord for approval to proceed. There may be some additional costs to alter the terms of the rental contract, to be advised and confirmed by the agency.
No smoking inside the property.
