Hi, I’m Vincenza and I'm looking for someone to replace my flatmate who is moving out in February (currently 19th Feb but may be available slightly earlier).
The flat is located right by the Coy Pond and is about a 10 minute walk to Westbourne, which has so many great coffee spots and restaurants. It's got great transport links and is conveniently located between both Bournemouth and Poole.
The available room is an unfurnished bright double and the flat features a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
Rent would be 400-500pcm (dependant on contract renewal), bills aren't included but are currently around £150/160 each for Council tax, gas, electric, water and WiFi!
There is allocated parking but as I don't drive, the parking space would be yours! There's also plenty of vistor parking.
Abit more about me: I’m 27, I sometimes work from home but I'm mostly in the office. I prefer a quieter space to come home to after work but that being said, I'd love a flatmate I can actually get on with! I enjoy watching movies and wine nights, crafts, coffee trips and good food! I also have a good board/card game collection which I'd love to use.
I'm looking for a professional of a similar age who is clean, socialable, who thinks they would be a good fit with the above and ideally a woman.
