New Housemate wanted!

Looking for housemate for my lovely house in Baiter. In your room there's a built in wardrobe and airing cupboard for you to use along with a set of drawers either side of the bed. Bed frame which has drawers within it and mattress are included.

Available from the 7th February.

I bought the house recently and have renovated everything from floors, kitchen and bathroom. Location is great, being a 30 second walk to baiter and a 15 minute walk to Poole bus and train station. Garden will be getting a little bit of work done to it throughout the winter.

£750 includes all bills other than a TV license as I don't feel the need for one. I would just ask you contribute to things such as cleaning products, toilet roll etc. The Kitchen is fully equipped including a boiling water tap, dishwasher and washing machine.

I'm looking for someone nice, easy going and tidy. I'm really sorry but please don't message if you work from home at all as there just isn't the space, especially as I have my days off in the week.

A little bit about me.. I work weekends and tend to have Thursdays & Fridays off. I do love to socialise with my friends in an evening or at weekends but I also love a chilled night in cooking, baking or just watching Netflix. I love to ski, I'm awful at running as much as I try to enjoy it, always have a holiday booked and love a roast on a Sunday.

Although I don't have any pets, my parents dog does stay occasionally so you must like dogs!
