Double room in quiet cul-de-sac near harbour

The room faces the front aspect which faces an easterly direction so it is bright and sunny most mornings depending on the weather! We are nestled in quiet close (cul-de-sac) away from the noisy main roads! The bathroom, has washbasin, a toilet, a bath with overhead shower, an extractor fan and plenty of room for storing toiletries. The kitchen: dining area is shared and contains a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric double oven, gas hob with extractor fan, a microwave oven, kettle and storage cupboards, saucepans,, crockery and cutlery. There is also a separate shared utility room containing a washing machine, tumble dryer, a small owner’s freezer and separate downstairs toilet There’s a shared rotary dryer in the back garden which also contains a sheltered swing seat, a Chimenea/barbecue area with seating, a patio with garden tables and chairs and lots of trees, bushes, flowers and vegetables! ! The garage can be used for storing bicycles and equipment (with the landlady’s consent) and off street parking is available on the driveway or in the lay-by ( virtually opposite the house). Bus stops are approximately a five minute walk away serving Poole Bus Station and railway station with links to Bournemouth as well as to Southampton and Waterloo (London). Council tax, gas, electricity, water bills, TV Licence, Wi-fi, are all included in the rent! There is also a usable Xbox in the lounge for games and playing dvds. A shared vaccuum cleaner, an ironing board and iron are available! 😃. There is a disused railway adjacent to the house lined with ancient oaks providing an excellent wildlife corridor including sightings of fox cubs playing in our front garden and many wild birds and squirrels making use of both front and back gardens!
